"I can not rave enough about Isabelles's Lighting.  I had my heart set on a particular light fixture that had been discontinued by the manufacturer.  After two weeks of contacting over 25 lighting companies, all of whom told me there was no way of receiving the pendant, I found the Isabelle Lighting website.  I was delighted to hear Tom tell me that he felt certain he could locate this item and would do his best to make it happen.  Within a few days, I received the call that the fixture was found.  I have never had such personal customer service and will not buy lighting from anywhere other than Isabelle's.  Thank you for taking the extra time, effort and care."
